* Regular Techniques- Rukatuken. Rukatuken's attacks are quick, but deal light damage, making them inefficient for dealing the kind of wounds needed to win a fight. His real asset is the number of stun moves he has in his arsenal, all of which seem to be quick, and the overhead one at least doesn't sound too easily punishable- the few seconds of stunning could easily be enough to lock in a single full-health combo. Serenity should get props for having a moveset that sounds like a functioning fighting game character, but Rukatuken's stun-moves combined with a ridiculous (and easily abusable/spammmable) ranged attack that halves speed, and an easy counter-dodge, and it's simply no contest.
* Unique Techniques- Rukatuken. Once again, Rukatuken's attacks sound like they'd be broken in the context of an actual fighting game, while Serenity sounds like a more realistic character. Rukaten's specials allow him to spam out easy to hit-confirm, high damage grab attacks and do medium damage swarm projectiles that leave no room to punish, and if it connects then there won't be any combos coming out of Serenity, who will take damage afterwards as well.
* Superior Techniques- Serenity. Rukatuken's Pharaoh Spine Crackler may do stupid high damage, but it requires super-close range, making it super easy to whiff. His prayers will be a nonfactor entirely as he doesn't have the time to leave himself vulnerable during the match, and Serenity moves quick enough that it'd be super-punishable- not only would the chant never finish, it'd waste all that meter spent to use it all on nothing. Serenity's Superior Techniques are lower risk, with near equal strength, greater range, easier use-cases and power ups to her greatest weakness.
* Deadliest Warrior- Rukatuken. Rukatuken does ridiculous damage on every attack, has high stun, easily usable-low risk projectiles that absolutely wreck the enemy and sounds generally broken. Serenity will put up a good fight, but a glass cannon can only hold of dat Mango Sentinel for so long.

First of all, Theey were never implied to be the same.

In Gojira, his body was turned into a skeleton. He died.

Godzilla Raids Again established that there was ANOTHER Godzilla that was hidden in an artic iceberg and THAT Godzilla was the one that fought Anguris. From which this Godzilla will be known by many as Godzilla Showa. Yes, I know my Godzillas.

The Return of Godzilla was sequel/reboot to the series, and even then that Godzilla was implied not to be the first, this will be Godzilla Heisei. Godzilla Heisei origin was completly different compared to Godzilla 54 due to the time fluxuation done by the time travelers in Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah.

Now let's get into the Mellenium era, where EVERY Single story was of it's continuation. And in the most of them it was still implied There was still TWO Godzilla. Heck, in Godzilla X Mechagodzilla, Kiryu basis was used by the DNA of Godzilla 54's skeleton.

So no..... Godzilla 54 has never been active since 1954. because he's been dead and his skeleton used to make a metallic copy.

Regular Techniques: Wass's character (holy hard to spell name) has a clear edge here. He doesn't have to rely on chaining together his attacks as much as Serenity does, alongside the attacks in question being capable of dealing far more damage due to his brute playstyle, as opposed to Serenity's death by a thousand cuts way of battle. Unique Technique: Rukatukenhuken's (goddamn it Wass, had to copy and paste it) attacks rely less on full-on combos and can do devastating amounts of damage if so much as one hit connects. Serenity's fighting style means every hit has to connect for even a laughable amount of damage to occur. Edge: Rukatukenhuken

Superior Technique: Serenity almost closes the damage gap here, but Rukatukenhuken's techniques outclass hers by a decent margin. For one, they're far more versatile, boosting his already good skills without decreasing from other skills at the same time. Although it took awhile to be established, this Godzilla and the later Godzillas were implied to be the same, when Steve Martin, who appeared in the American version of the film, titled 'Godzilla', and later reappeared in 1984's Return of Godzilla or Godzilla 1985 says, "They never found a body", which implys that Godzilla never died. Not only that, Godzilla Raids Again AKA Gigantis the Fire Monster, has Godzilla fighting Anguirus. After a few other movies, in which Godzilla fought-GUESS WHAT: MONSTERS, 1964's Ghidorah, The Three Headed Monster fighting (this will surprise you) an alien monster (GASP!). Number 2, I have seen the damn movie (BOTH VERSIONS). So stuff it.

His brother was insane and was usually at a mental hospital. Eventully, he died of cancer. As he got older, he joined the U.S Army andbecame a Navy Seal. −	Will finish later.	+	Overall- I am going to go with Boris on this. Boris has more range and more strength once he gets past the tentacles. And lets not forget the weasel could sperate and and act independintly by crawling all over Ock's arms and body, messing up his concentration. Plus is everyone forgetting that Boris could assume his real shape in the middle of the fight to intimidate Ock. There is no reason Boris can't assume his real shape. Ock has experiance against SPider-Man, but Boris is actually aiming to kill and has dealt with with foes who always tried to kill him, not incapacitate.
