Battle:
Gibbs is following up on a lead alone on Amity when a Police sniper takes aim at him from alight house. Fortunatly for Gibbs, Brody's skill with an M1 Garand wasn't what it used to be and misses. Gibbs takes cover all the same. He notices a Ruger mini14 and opens up on the light house. He grazes Brody, but is out of ammo. He takes out his Sig and climbs the stairs. Brody bandages his wound and pulls out his Hi-power. Unbeknowst to him, Gibbs took the inside stairs instead of the outside stairs as Brody was expecting. Gibbs pulls out his knife and places it against Brody's throat. Brody struggles, gets out of Gibbs' grasp and they start fighting.Gibbs ends up with his boot on Brody's throat.
"You have about 3 seconds to tell me why you were shooting at me."

"Your town? Just who the hell are you?"
"Police Chief Martin Brody.You?"
"NCIS agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs."
"NCIS? What's that?"
"Navy Cop, I'm hear on a tip off from an anonymous source."
"Funny thing, I got an anonymous tip saying that there would be a terrorist coming to shoot up Amity"
