SBS: The British navy's elite amphibious special forces regiment trained for some of the most difficult and dangerous missions.

Shayetet 13: Israel's top secret amphibious commandos whom fend off enemies willing to destroy the nation.

X-Factor: Unlike their Israeli counter-parts, the SBS undergo incredibley similar training to the SAS, this involves both the development scheme and SERE which is concidered to be one of the hardest training cources in the world, aside from the this the SBS are taught pro-amphibious combat which is one of their specalisations. The major threat they pose to Shayetet 13 is their extensive stealth training after pro-amphibious landing.

X-Factor: Shayetet 13 is argueabley one of the best amphibious special forces units in the world and can only be compared to it's competetor in this battle, the SEALs and the Naval Commandos, they endure intence training fundamentilising the combat enviroments of the middle-east due to the tensions their, their western counter-parts have a threat from the Shayetet 13 that they undergo training with the SEALs and SBS aside from their own. {C}

Conclusion:

After perforimg a large amount of research for both units, I'm giving this one by a mm to the SBS, Shayetet 13 pack better weapons but the SBS catch this one with their training, both undergo intence training and both are currently deployed and in combat, meaning they both have operational experience, however, the constuction of the SBS and variety of training they receive and work with from the SEALs, MI5, MI6, SAS and Kampfschwimmer mainly give them the edge, the SBS have operated for only 8 years more this combat experience and the variety of source's of training give them this one.
