Knights of Dol Amroth
Edit
To tell the truth, I wouldn't have used them. They have only a minimal role and no good description in the books, and absolutely NO appearance in the movies. We know they were cavalry, wearing very heavy plate armor, winged helmets, and shields, and carried a lance and a broadsword, but their origins, training methods, and tactics are completely unknown, save that they were the elite force of the semi-autonomous Gondorian city of Dol Amroth.
