mw3 wishlist Edit
What do you want for Modern Warfare 3? Do you prefer mw2 (like me) or did you like blops? What features you want to return from both games? Here is some of my preferences.
1: Bring back cod 4 sniping, and stopping power! Sniping was ruined in blops, and thats one of the main reasons I like mw2 better, I love sniping, it makes me feel like Predator. It was good in mw2, but they took away some of the fun with quick scopes and aim assists and whatnot. Sniping in cod 4 was beast!
2: Keep the cod points. cod points add a lot of fun to the game, for many reasons. It's nice you don't have to get 4 bajillion kills just to unlock extended mags for the TMP. You can unlock different guns every time you prestige. Wager matches are also pretty fun.
3: make more game types. More game types would be great. Not since the WAW era has there been new game types. Maybe a game type where you could only use snipers, or explosives? The old-school where you picked up weapons and earned perks? Add wager match game types without having to lose cod points?
More ideas: a match where there are tons of neutral bomb sites and both teams try to blow them up, the team with the most explosions and defuses wins. A game type where you didnt earn killstreaks but crates were constantly dropping out of the sky.
4: Include swimming in multiplayer. It would be so epic if you could just wait in water with a knife and when someone walked by, pop up and impale them. Obviously, it couldn't be too overpowered. Poor visibilty depending on the condition of the water (i.e. worse in murky water). You couldn't use your gun underwater, and would have a normal switch time when you left.
5: Edit the killstreaks. For one thing, make you be able to cycle through your killstreaks. For another, match your killstreaks to your classes, in case your enemies are doing very well/terrible.
6: Make DLC better. New maps are cool, but the game gets stale a lot slower if you include new things. Maybe new killstreaks, or even guns. Obviously, there not going to be giving any ACR's, Famas's, and 74u's, but something interesting. For killstreaks, maybe some streaks from previous games that weren't included.
7: make destructable environments. Nothing from Bad company or anything, but be able to eventually break through light cover with enough shots, and blow holes in walls with specially designed launchers to breach. That would be a beast launcher to include.
8: make more than one pro perk level. For instance: Sleight of hand: faster reloading. Pro: Faster switch time. Veteran: Faster aim speed. Expert: knife faster.
So what do you think? I haven't come up with perks yet, but I'd love to see what you think. I'l let you know when I come up with perks and attachments.

I understand you thinking that as it does look suspicious but I honestly changed my mind on the armor to the variet they wore longer, the good old Mark IV. As for the anon thing I'm sorry I don't like the fact anons simply don't make an account and that made me jump the gun when I saw what Drayco had said. And I don't think I did count Octavius's vote as a whole vote, lemme double check that realy quick tutututu, ah here it is, yep deffinitly not whole vote material but I suppose I may have simply miscounted as I did consider Codgod's vote good. Hello all Administrators!
Well, I know I have no authority to impose anything, so I'd like to know what you guys think about Battlefield Copyrights, because I have noticed that when some users put up a list of their future battles to come, some other user takes that battle for his own and often later down the line we have a repeat of that same battle.
So to avoid things like that, do you think that maybe the users who have come up with the battle idea themselves should have the right to keep that battle from being used by someone else prior to their posting of it? I know that I'd be upset if that happened to me and I have a new season coming up soon.
I think it'd be beneficial to everyone in the Wiki, keeping things friendly and letting creativity spill a little more freely around here. Please get back to me about this!

Who do you personally belive are the top 10 greatest leaders/military minds/generals from ancient history and from ancient history i mean any general/leader/military mind before gunpowder became readily used in combat.

I see that you did not appreciate the comment I made on Owain Glyndwr vs. Genghis Khan, and I would like to offer a private apology first and foremost. Even if it were to be seen as a flame and a temporary ban were to take place, I'd rather you have forgiven me than the Wiki seeing me as just another flamer who lost it. My comment was, looking back on it, quite rude, and I would have done well to look it over before I posted it.
I admire your dedication to history - I, too, study it with a passioin, and while I won't even dare say I have the knowledge you do of pre-modern warfare, I still do have a decent say of the likes of men from Ramses II to Vercingetorix. Of course, with WWII and more recent being my forte, I don't pore over battles of the BCs like you may, but nonetheless I hope that I could even try to earn your respect for our shared passion. Given that I don't know as much about ancient combat, therefore I will not know much about how metallurgy works or the swordfighting tactics of the ancient world, and I will admit that my vote was mostly either filler text to make the vote look big or else a re-hash of what Deadliest Warrior has already told us. Like I said, ancient weapons are not my specialty and I didn't look them up.
Now down to the matter at hand - my insult. I felt angry because looking at the battle, it appeared biased to me. I know that you especially revere the heroes of ancient Western Europe, and lo and behold! Owain Glyndwr fit the target description perfectly. He is more technologically advanced and fits the type of combat presented on this Wiki perfectly - and Genghis Khan still holds enough water to be a fair competitor. Of course, Owain still has what it takes to win, and I thought (and must admit, still do think) that you picked Genghis to fit Owain's tough but nonetheless quite defeatable foe. If you would like a public apology, I will provide one, but I believe in a private, personal apology more than a public display of butt-kissing.
You are a smart man. I like to think that I am too. Please don't let this incident make ill of me to you or the Wiki.

Pick the ArmiesEdit
Okay Swg. Here are the suggestions:
Eastern Warriors: Genghis Khan's Mongols, Oda Nobunaga's Samurai, Attila the Hun's Huns, King Porus' Elephants, Maharna Pratap's Rajput Warriors, Saladin's Saracens, Suleiman's Ottoman Janissaries, Rashad ad-Din Sinan's Hashashins, Darius' Persian Immortals, Yue Fei's Southern Song Dynasty, and any other suggestions.
Western Warriors: Alexander the Great's Companion Cavalry, Brennus' Celtic War Bands, Hannibal's Elephants, Richard the Lionheart's Crusaders, Harald Hardrada's Vikings, King Leonidas' Spartan phalanx, Julius Caesar's Roman Legion, William Wallace's Highlanders, William the Conqueror's Normans, Geronimo's Apache tribemen, Owain Glyndwr's Welsh Rebels, and any other suggetions.
Note: The ones in italics have certain conditions.
- I'd prefer it if Saladin and Richard the Lionheart were not in this together, because this actually happened in history.
- Since Wallace's and Glyndwr;s rebels are nearly identical, I'd prefer if they weren't on this either.
- If Leonidas and Caesar are in there, I'd prefer it if they were on different sides to even things out.
- Look above for why Hannibal and Porus should be on different sides.
So Swg, I gave you the format. Now, if you have any other ideas so it'll balance out to at least 30 warriors to choose from WITH limitations. For example, I'd prefer it so that there are thirty warriors to chose from even when Richard and Wallace would be taken out. Thanks and contact me if you have anything to add or say.
