The Giant Octopus: Frozen in time, wanting to kill it's mortal enemy, the Megashark! vs. The Crocosaurus: A giant Crocodile, who will do anything to keep her eggs safe! WHO...IS...DEADLIEST!?!?!
The Octopus swims in with:

My edge goes to the Crocosaurus because this battle will be settled over facts of nature. A Crocodile has tough armor, which will keep the Crocosaurus safe from the Octopus's beak. And all off an Octopus's major organs are located behind the eyes, so that's where the Crocosaurus needs to bite to finish this battle, or even just drag it up on land and sffocate it.
